Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Pricing
Our prices do not include VAT as we are not registered for VAT.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown under Shipping and Handling. |
Shipping And Handling For deliveries to mainland UK our delivery cost is £4.95 for each order, however shipping is free for orders over £75.
Orders are sent on a 48 hour service although please allow 72 hours before contacting us, to allow for unexpected delays. |
Delivery Schedule We will deliver your order as soon as we have the full order ready to despatch.
We will notify you by e-mail when the goods are ready to send and you should then receive them within 72 hours.
Please allow up to 14 days from placing your order to receiving the goods. |
Back Orders In the event of your item being out of stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Returns Policy If you wish to cancel your order: (a) you can notify us by email to sales@chefs-cookware.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply if the product has been used.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
