Bourgeat Casserole Dish
Heavy duty stainless steel frying pan from the Bourgeat 'Tradition Plus' range. The pan base incorporates an aluminium heat diffuser sandwiched between stainless steel to help eliminate hot spots and ensure even cooking.
Reinforced non-drip lip with ultra thick bumper and similar bumper around base make these extrmely robust pans.
Stainless steel handles are welded to the body for long lasting, frequent use.
